Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

The processing time is the time between when an order is placed and when the shipment is readied for shipment (hand off to the carrier).

Our orders are processed between 0 and 6 business days (Monday-Friday).
The cutoff time for orders is 5 p.m. [(GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)]
Therefore, orders placed after 5 p.m. will not be processed until the following day. Therefore, one additional day is added to the estimated delivery time for orders placed after the cutoff time.

Order Transit Time:

The time it takes a carrier to deliver a product to a customer is referred to as the transit time.

We presently only ship to the United Kingdom, but have plans to extend to additional countries by the beginning of 2023!
The transit time will range from 3 to 12 business days (Monday-Friday)
We distribute the items using DPD UK, Evri, DHL, UPS, USPS, and delivery.

Shipping Costs:

Orders mailed to a United Kingdom address receive free shipping.
British pounds are used for all costs and totals (GBP)
We do not collect membership dues.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations:

Within the first thirty days after the tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, customers can return or exchange regularly priced items for a full refund or store credit. Your refund will be credited back to the same mode of payment that you used to make the initial transaction. In most cases, the time it takes to process and issue a refund is between 5 and 15 business days. If after 30 days you have not received your refund, please get in touch with us by sending an email to info@runnerparadise.com

Regarding any and all exchanges or returns:

Items may not be cleaned, worn, or otherwise altered in any way.
It is required that all of the original tags be attached.
You must produce a valid receipt.
Items that are on sale, given away free, or discounted cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size or color.

You have up to three hours following the time you receive your order confirmation to amend or cancel your order before it is considered finalized. In the event that your order is shipped before the modifications have been performed, you are welcome to send back any unused items in exchange for a complete refund.

All of the orders that we fulfill come with up-to-the-minute tracking information. We will make every effort to track down the package and will provide you with additional time to request a refund or exchange. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, we ask that you kindly take photographs and email them to info@runnerparadise.com We will provide you with a label to use when sending the items back to us, and at the same time, we will promptly provide you with a fresh order including brand new products.

The customer (the buyer) is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment, regardless of the circumstances.

Products that are sent back for a refund are not subject to a restocking fee.

Should the shipping company determine that your order is missing, you will be notified. We apologize for the inconvenience and will replace your order with a new one and provide you with a gift card to use on any future purchases.
